Summary
The new creation of thw Swedish cult director Roy Andersson is a melancholical humorous kaleidoscope of stories about beauty, cruelty and the banality of existence. A storyteller modeled on Scheherezade takes us through a dreamy landscape filled with lonely souls in search of sincere interpersonal contact. About Endlessness is Andersson's first realization since the movie A Pigeon Sat on a Branch Reflecting on Existence to complete his award-winning trilogy on life (Songs from the Second Floor, You, the Living). The film premiered in Venice where it was awarded the Silver Lion for Best Director.
